Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 2–4 business days for Jabodetabek and 3–7 business days for other regions.

Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and courier link so you can follow your parcel to your door.

We accept returns of unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Sale items and intimates may be final sale — check the product page for details.

Head to our Contact page with your order number and let us know what you’d like to return or exchange, and we’ll send you the next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
