We ship nationwide across Indonesia. Below you’ll find our rates, timeframes and delivery policies. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp).

Timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote areas may require additional transit time.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm WIB on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed after 3pm or on weekends are processed the next business day. We partner with trusted local couriers for every delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Missing or Stolen Parcels

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, MORNINGSOL is unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier and our team so we can assist.

Damaged Parcels

We pack every order with care. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
